Attention!In this article, my goal is to introduce you to the basics of using a vacuum pump for penis enlargement. If you’re reading about this for the first time, I definitely don’t recommend starting your expansion with a vacuum pump - it’s far from the best solution. The vacuum pump can be used as a stand-alone device or combined with the main manual program. The second option is preferred.
By using the pump in conjunction with manual exercises, you can achieve much greater results by increasing the frequency converter. Thus, the length and circumference of the penis can also be increased with the help of a vacuum pump.
Types of pumping
Wrapping
Wrapping- This is the pumping mode for stretching the tunic. The packaging requires a narrow flask in which the upright element cannot swell in width, so that the force of the vacuum is drawn along. This method allows you to increase the length of your penis as well as stretch your tunic.

Safety rules for working with a vacuum pump

Under no circumstances should you violate the following rules:
- If you feel pain, stop pumping immediately. Find out what is causing the pain. If the cause was an injury, wait for full recovery before the next treatment. If the cause of the pain was, for example, skin pinching, the problem should be resolved and pumping should be continued.
- Never rush. Do not bring the pumping in pain! Increase the pressure (more precisely, reduce it because a vacuum is created in the flask) smoothly from week to week. The secret to growth lies not in the crazy loads, but in the constant skill training.
- Under no circumstances exceed 40 minutes per pumping cycle. One hour time limit at low load. You should be approaching slowly by then. Prolonged vacuum causes blood to cease to circulate freely in the penis, causing the cells of the penis to die. I will talk about the development of pumping below.
- Do not pump too often. Pumping is a very pleasant thing: the member in the pump swells to an impressive size, which is good to see. However, it does not need to be pumped 3 times a day. Take two training programs:

Packaging process
Bring an 80-90% erection to your penis, apply it with cream or liquid Vaseline, then place it in the flask and press firmly against my pubic area. Training sets
Rest for 3-5 minutes between sets. Easy stretching can then be performed. Before the next series, set your penis to an erection of 80-90% again.
- First set.Fill the first set with a light load: do not try to pump out all the air to maximize the length of the penis. The first time you start gesticulating, it stops growth. Everything has its time. Do light exercises for 10 minutes.
- Second set.In the next series, you can increase the pressure a bit. Here comes the pressure gauge: look at the gauge and raise the pressure a bit. Also leave 10-15 minutes for the second series.
- Third set.For the third series, do not increase the pressure, but increase the time to 20 minutes. You need to feel good throughout the series. No pain!
After sets
After packaging, it is easy again, literally 30-50 easy repetitions. Do not try to do a full hard signal like a vascular program. In this case, you need a signal to increase blood circulation, as blood stagnates in the penis during pumping.
Then perform medium strength straight pulls for 5-10 minutes.

The scheme is simple.
So gradually increase the load from week to week. This will help you get the best results. After a few weeks, as you gain experience, increase the duration of the series to 15 minutes for the first series, 20 minutes for the second, and 25 minutes for the third.

Continue stretching the tunic until you increase the difference between BPFSL and BPEL to 2 cm or more, then continue with the vascular cycle. However, if you have read all the previous articles and did it right, you already know this.
Vascular program with pump
List of exercises:
- Testicles massage - 5 minutes.
- Steam heating - 10-15 minutes.

- Jelq - 100 repetitions.

Behavioral order
The pumping of the ore cycle is exactly the same as the stretching cycle of the tunic, with the only exception that in this case the flask is wide, not narrow, and inflates across the width of the penis. Training is over. At the end of the workout, lubricate the penis with a salvage ointment against bruises and bruises, or equivalent. Schedule 2/1 or 3/1.

If you have a lot of lymph, you can divide the kit into two sections, with a 30-second break between sections.
To prevent large amounts of lymph, it is possible to pump in a condom. Yes, don't be surprised. In the condom, the skin is tightly compressed, which prevents the lymph from accumulating underneath. This does not affect the overall effectiveness of your workout.
Moment 3 - Healing creams
You should use a healing cream at the end of your workout. This helps the red spots heal quickly and prevents the penis from darkening.
Moment 4 - Blood pumping
It is advisable to drink aspirin before training with classic pumping (approx. ed.consult your doctor first). Increases blood flow and prevents blood clots.
During exercise with an increased load, a few tiny drops of blood may come out of the urethra. This is due to damage to the blood vessels in the urethra. In this case, end the session immediately and give yourself two weeks rest. During the rest, take "Ascorutin" to strengthen your blood vessels or a proven analog. You should also take vitamin E.
Continue training after two weeks of rest, but start gradually: return to full training after two weeks of light training.
Moment 5 - Sex after training
I don’t think it’s worth sex or masturbation after a workout. Relax yourself and your member. Have sex next time.
Moment 6 - Darkening of the skin
With active classic pumping, the skin of the penis can darken slightly. This happens if the conditions I describe in the program are not followed: warm-up, proper load, use of post-workout creams.
